I have been waiting for someone to put something up but so far no one has.. odd. Its going to be Microsofts next attempt at digitizing the world. Im liking it already I like origami... I like computers, I like gadgets and small computers so if I could afford it, then its perfect. Its basic goal is more power than a PDA, smaller and less expensive than a notebook or tablet PC.

Yeah, they dont look all that nice... im just hoping they will have a sub $500 model that actually runs windows XP or whatever these will run. I hope it would have real USB ports so I dont have to buy any more specialty keyboards for $100 each... and I hope it will be able to have some decent battery life ~3 hours would be decent.

3 hours? really? I would want at least 8hours battery life. (specifically for those long trips, or whatever you can think of where ur available 8hours)
and yes, a usb port would definately be nice. considering its supposed to be a "tablet pc", I'm guessing it would. At least sooner or later from demand.

My pocket pc (axim x50v) currently gives me 1.5 hours of battery life. Im living with it but im not exactly happy about it. Of course if I decreased the CPU speed, turned my wifi off... I should be able to hit about 8 hours of Mp3 playback time

it's the Asus R2H.

quite personally.. I don't see much of a market for it. like others have said.. too small for those who use an ultra portable tablet/laptop... to big for those who use a PDA
