Clubbox problem "object doesn't support property or method"

Hi! i was wondering does anyone know whats the problem happening to my clubbox. whenever i try to download, there a pop-up box saying " object doesn't support property or method". Is there a way of fixing it. It wasn't like this before but it keep on occuring whenever i try to download from clubbox.

lots of possiblities:
1. your computer dosen't match the requirements that are needed to download that.
2. some crazy spyware
3.The file is not on that server
ohhh one more thing, this topic will be close in about 5 mins
post in the troubleshoot next time
