okay i jus got my w800i last night.. n for some reason my memory card came with preloaded songs like omarion n jem n maroon 5.. it was some thing sony or the carrier put in there even a pamphlet that came in the box about these songs so it not like some dl them to my fone..:S but wen i went n tried to play it thru walkman or the file manager... it says play back failed.... my fone came with 2 games.. the quaddropa game(some tetris one) and this other one.. n they both have a lil key beside it too :S like the mp3 that came with the fone n the 2 games have a key beside them :S so can some 1 tell me what wrong with my fone.. and if it has been used ... cuz iam pretty mad right now... HELP! I live in canada btw n i think my fone is imported from usa? or hong kong.. i dunno :|

I didn't know a "fone" can have songs on it, or did you mean "Phone" instead of "fone".
Maybe the songs are courrpted or the phone is locked (since there is a key).
thats all i can think of.
