Does anybody know a specific store in Korea Town (LA) that sells Korean phones (then modifies them and hooks it up w/ Verizon)? I'm curious to know the price range too, for let's say, 3.0 MP camphones.
OK cellular on western, about 300 bucks and up.

innostream is a korean cell phone manufacture, that means they do release models outside of korea for the gsm market. Many korean cell phone companies do make GSM models for the global market. IE samsung, pantech and lg.

no offense but it seems to me like you're being shallow because i personally don't understand people who buy expensive foreign phones that don't work completely where they live just because "it looks cool." like even if you got the latest phone from korea, you wouldn't be able to get the satellite tv reception [dmb], or download anything let alone go on-line. the best you could hope for is good text messaging and of course, making phone calls is a given. try to look for something stylish in australia or at least use a gsm phone from hong kong instead of looking at korean phones which are very exclusive.
