i had left on my computer overnight, so it was going pretty slowly.
and being stupid, with the slow computer i had, i was doing alot of things all at once.
the computer sort of shut down by itself, and restarted by itself too.
it would only get to the windows xp screen with the little bar at the bottom showing the blue things,
but then in the middle of that, it'd restart again. and again. and again...
and will never go to my main start page.............................................
is my computer dead? are ALL OF MY FILES GONE?! will i be able to go on again?
i'm so scared right now... too many important things on that computer...
please help

i would believe you should try SAFE MODE... .

i've encountered this problem before.. al i did was go into safe mode.. and had to reinstall windwos though...
