Okay, for some reason when i convert my files and i watch it i can't hear any audios. Someone know how i can set the audio setting right?

Does the original file play and sound normal whe you watch it?

The original file is fine. It's after I convert the file that I can't hear the sound.

Its possible that the audio is AC3 (surround sound) and the encoder you are using isn't compatible with it. Uh easiest fix I can think of is find another one to use.

i tried to download the total video convertor and when i tried to open it they say i need flash flash..... can someone tell me what that is and where can i get it?

flash is a plug-in to be able to c swf flash extentions, google it its free for download.
