Jelena Dokic has always been the most neurotic player. But she's been through a lot in her career, that crazy dad of hers. I'm happy to see her making another attempt at her career. So C'MON and win the match!

Fabrice Santoro in the fifth set against Kolhschreiber. You gotta give it up to Santoro. I thought he was going to retire last year but it seems like he's still playing, and still winning matches. It's crazy!

EDIT// OMFG SHE DID IT! GO JELENA!!!! *SCREAMS*
The crowd loves her. What a comeback.

havent been able to catch too muchof the tennis today
watched the 1st set of roger's match at work but couldnt watch the other 2
so i'm taking that he's played pretty amazingly

i'm getting my new 46inch LCD TV on friday
just in time to watch roger on the big beautiful screen
wahahaha

just watched the tomic match
did muller serve well or what???
he hit what, 30 aces in the match?
crazyyy
and i think tomic was a little too out of it for alot of the match
only somewhere in the 4th set did i see him make more attempts at chasing down shots
the crowd was on his side but ppl just didnt really feel the excitement and didnt feel the urge to cheer him on
well it's hard when the player seems a little detached himself
but nevertheless at least at last australia seems to have some hope
let's see how he fares from now on
it's pretty amazing to see him so calm during the whole match tho

I watched Marat Safin today at Australian Open, and omg the line was huge so it took a while to get in.
The way he played with Lopez, I couldn't even see the ball, that's how fast it was! Just Amazing!

But this year out of the men, i want Federer to win.
I mean he has just has the right skills.

Holy smokes this thread moves fast.

I completely missed the third set of Roger's match yesterday. Boo! But uh, really disappointed he has to play Safin this early in the tournament. I want Safin to do extreeemely well, but there's not much you can do when he comes up against Fed in the third round. *sigh* I'm so torn as to who to root for.
Jelena's up against Wozniacki next? Sheesh.

Watching the 07 SF now. xD

^ awww man, my two favourite players are going to play eachother.
oh why?!!?
but whoever wins between both of them, i shall be happy.
but what a pity.

I WANT SAFIN TO WIN! Its such a shame they met so early i really wanted to see him go further. Roddick's through to the R3, pretty impressive. Was it me or was that girl Anna something the one that vs. Dokic really bad a serving? I mean i think she lost around 4-5 points due to faulty in serves. T_T.

I'm rooting for Dokic to win!
I woke the whole house with my screaming for her LOL!
Her opponent Anna whatsherface pissed me off everything she would complain or challenge.
Dude, you doubled faulted. Your fault, no one else's.

I'm kinda upset Tomic lost. But it's pretty good for a 16 year old to get to the second round.
I want Nadal to win!
Off topic but I find him attractive.

GO NADAL!!

EDIIIT

^ HAHA! I agree. I was pretty shock too!

ANDY MURRAY ON NOW! I love the guy. Novak has been dissing Murray for a couple of days now . hahah something about "why is murray the favourite on winning"

Well, Federer pretty much said the same thing. Not 'dissing', obviously, but he found it a little odd seeing as how Nadal is in form, Djoko is defending champ and he, himself was the player to win the last GS. So...

But we'll see. tongue.gif

I guess we like to see different players win a GS other than the ones who've already have

Though Murray is playing pretty well atm, i think people hype up about him cause he managed to reach the final of the U.S open last year...

^ Also, I think they find the scenario the same as when Novak got to USO finals in 2007 and lost to Roger in straight sets, then Novak went on to win AO 2008. Andy Murray got to USO finals in 2008 and lost to Roger in straight sets as well. So... new pattern? Get "Jessica Alba" on your first date and the rest is history? lol, I kid~

AND VENUS?!!!!!!! WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?! I so wanted the older Williams sibling to win sad.gif

Roger vs Marat!!!!!!!!!

Ugghhh....Venus how you disappoint me mightily. I know the AO has never been your best slam but I really thought it was gonna be different this time!

I only got to see the first 2 sets so didn't see how she ended it....Venus played well the first set then lost her way. Credit to CSN though because she kept pushing Venus and her topspin shots were pretty awesome. Sigh. Back to the drawing board (which means waiting for Wimbledon! lol)

thanks wendy! ❤

hmm quite the upset... I loved venus's dress though . :[
and nalbandian on the men's side. :[

i was reading a nadal article on the AO site and thought this was so funny

This year, Nadal is wearing a demure t-shirt top - one with sleeves, - but to compensate for the upper-body cover up, he is now sporting shorter shorts that reveal just enough well-honed thigh to keep the female half of the crowd interested.

damn right; sexy!!

go get'em rafaaa!

Ugh, I'm so sleepy, but managed to wake up at 5:30 AM for Roger and Marat XD Majorly torn between the two TT_____TT

But darn ESPN 2 for playing Ivanovic's match. I could care less about her match! But thank goodness Dokic's match went to 3 sets. Heh ^^; It looks like Ana's down a set though so.... tiebreak in 2nd?
