the only real japanese food i've had is sushi (mmmmm tuna *drools*) I really wish I could try some more. I always salivate whenever I see japanese food in j-dramas and stuff sad.gif

mm.. tako sushi, ebi sushi.. all kind of maki.. agedashi tofu.., beef tayaki(?), oyster motoyaki, ~
i love japanese food. except for one thing especially... I think it was called Ikura nigiri ? its like maki roll but with just pure salmon roe in it. SICK!

I really love the Miso Soup and Udon noodle. That's all I have ever tried. Does anyone know the different between the fresh Udon and the instant one? I mean I always eat the one that packed in a bag, so I don't know whether or not there is a fresh one.

I have a friend who's Japanes that works @ a trendy Japanese restaurant and she brings me all sorts of Japanese food!! I can't eat too much of raw stuff like sashi and such so she brings me all sorts of maki!!! Among my favorites are shrimp tempura and cali-roll; pretty generic... hahaha, but it seems like all of Japanes restaurant carries their own diversion of rolls.. i also like Japanes kitchen food like donburi and any -katsu... *drool*

sukiyaki, okonomiyaki, o-cha, kare raisu, their fried squid balls with seaweed sprinkles..... forgotten what they're called... but it's so cool when you watch them make it!!

*sigh* i miss japan.

I <3 Japanese food. My faves are unadon (eel domburi~), onigiri, sashimi, yakisoba, miso ramen... etc. etc.
Oh and of course.. SUSHI<3

My dad used to own a Japanese restuarant smile.gif Haha those were the good daysss =)
