Errr ripping is one thing ,getting them to work is another. Look at what happened to the 360s. Flashing and whatnot that only work on specific models of the 360.

Besides, you're either gonna enjoy dl'ing xx gigs for the BR games, streaming / xferring to the ps3 hd (if that's possible) or buying a BR writer+discs. The encryption / secur content isn't as easy as ppl make it out to be.

i dont expect them to boost up the price to $99.99. i mean it already damage to our wallets with the $50 price tag.

if they really wanna battle with the 360/wii they have to keep it in the range where 360/wii is selling their games or at least $69.99-79.99...erff

that price seems it will be selling for hardcore gamers. if they want to keep it in the game, they gotta market for the casual gamers and other gamers as well. i dont think that price tag will 'interest' those gamers and they will turn to the 360 or wii. i mean seriously, who would buy a $100 dollar game? i know i wouldnt, unless its mgs4 of course.

ughh ps3 is scaring me, im already at the process of saving up for it. about $600 to go...freakin bills. im expecting to pay $1000 for it durin the start of the new year. why? cause all the games that i want dont come out til next year.

ryisakooguy just hold off from getting one till a price drop a store does a deal. i was so set on paying $820 AUD for one at launch, the 20gb model, and i decided i'll just wait cos the good games don't come out till at least 07. but then again price drops take about 2 years. damn sony, i'm hoping for a price drop at TGS.

the differences between ps3 and 360 are so little, ps3 isnt worth extra $200 imo. most games will be cross platform so, for that extra $200 i can buy nintendo wii or whatever..

In all honesty, I don't care much for the new FFs unless they can do as good, if not better than 12.

The only rpg to look forward to is Mass Effect and that's on the 360.
