It's gonna be a tough game but it's an opportunity(2nd time) for the Team(Korea) to play with the best of the best.Like Big Choi mentioned,
"The team isn't afraid of any team right now."
Secondly,
I don't want to see Ichiro's angry face again, and Korea team already proved that they can beat 'em.

If they face Japan, they could probably get Jae Seo pitching long enough with few relievers so they can have the majority of the pitching staff ready for the powerful Dominicans or the Cubans in the finals. I think playing the United States would waste too many pitchers, and the team won't be ready for the Dominicans or the Cubans.
I'm hoping the Dominicans make the finals by the way. I'd love to see how the Korean pitching staff handles the Dominican offensive juggernaut.

I can't believe they are going to face Japan for 3 times.
Goodluck to Korea!!!
I can imagine Oh and Ichiro's smiling face now.

why does japan get so many chances? what happens if japan wins saturday night? korea will be 6-1 and japan goes to the finals? or is there another match? if japan wins saturday and there isnt an extra match, it doesnt seem very fair at all to korea whos had a perfect record.
no such luck. this round is winner advances, loser loses. it doesnt matter how the earlier games turned out anymore. all that matters it that you're there.
i hope jae seo pitches the lights out. he should be able to pitch much longer since the limit is 95 and he certainly won't be pitching in another game in the wbc

I won't want to face the US team anytime. If on a given day they play up to their full potential, they are really difficult to play against. I am not saying that the other teams cannot beat them, but they have to bring their A game.
Team USA is still one of the best in the world... but id rather play USA for a second time. If we couldnt beat the best in the world, then I dont think we deserve to be in the semi finals or even win the finals. And beating japan twice and then losing for a knockout stage would be devastating to me and most koreans.
