its ok, the texture is kind of weird for me though.. just doesn't taste like meat.

my mom eats it. it's usually cut pretty small or like the size of your finger nail and mixed with other meat with a lot of good seasoning. or made into stew with other kind of meats.

it doesn't taste nasty but the texture is different. the texture is kind of like the meat of clams. which i don't like so i don't eat either.

if you're talking about soon dae, the intestines made like a hot dog, hell yeah i eat that sh!t, it's damn good too, but then again i'm sure that if you were to tell anyone how it was made and with what, they find you quite disgusting ^^

I used to eat it... until I had to make it one day from a freshly killed pig. ;_; haven't touched it since then.

we stuff them with sticky rice like little sausages and steam them to soften up the meat then deep fry them to a golden brown and eat them

My mum loves it but I hate it..i've never tried it..but it looks pretty gross..so yeh..she makes it with this sauce and her friends all come over to eat it..
