can i make the size smaller? how do i do that?

i have a 350mb video and i have the subtitles for it.. i'm done hardsubbing it, but my problem is..
once the subtitles and the video is merged the file goes up to 750 mb..
can i make the size smaller? how do i do that?

Pocket divx encoder. PC profile, adjust the sliders until you like the size/quality you like. fast and easy. Google it. freware.

Hi can someone help me..... i got 700mb files and i would hard to hard sub to the video. most of my files work except a few with an error something code 100 or frame......... not sure just the video will not load. i played the video and its find. i assume something in the avi file are missing something and need something for vitualsubmod to support it. can someone help me? email or msn message me at wenipoo@hotmail.com
