printer won't print color

i own a lexmark z515 if that helps. The point is, one day, the damn printer stopped printing color. I don't recall ever even touching the options, so i don't know why it started to act so differently. Any suggestions?

and maybe ur out of color?

definitely not that, i put in new printer ink. Then what section should i post???
