Does anyone know if Rain will be coming to S'pore for a concert??? Rumours hve been spreading........

it is true he had decided to come to singapore but i heard the pit rate is about US$235 and he had not signed the contract with any of the staff here!

it's not confirmed yet..cos it's kinda expensive to bring him in..so i think it's still in the talks..
