i need a new tennis racket. I've been using a pretty decent oversize racket, but lately I've gotten better and I need more control. I've played with mid-size rackets (like 95-100sq. in. face) and i like them best, but they cost waaay more than oversize rackets (even though they're smaller).
I don't want to spend more than $70, but that's tough......do you think somewhere like ebay would get me a decent racket? it doesn't have to be all high-tech or something....just sturdy and midsized. or do you think i should just spend an extra $30 and buy it at some sporting store?
thanks for your input

http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/ <--- this site has the best rackets, but many are around $180
They also have some for sale though.

You can ALWAYS find a good racquet on ebay for a lower price. I suggest a Babolat (blue) because I was told by numerous of people that it was good. I on the other hand use the Head Flexpoint Radical.
It works the same as the new ones on www.tennis-warehouse.com, cept it's old and has been used. My friend has 5 Babolat's - used - doesn't have any problem with it (he's really good too, so i can always trust him).
