I'm getting a cellphone after my mom comes back from Korea in one week. I always wanted the Sony Ericcson W600, but I want soompier's advice too:

i don't much about the phones you posted but by looks i'll go with the razr. although right now i'm into the slider phones. my friend had the ericsson and she returned it. i forget what she said, but she didn't like it for some reason

one thing all your phones seem to have in common is that they all double as mp3 music players... you should know.. the razr is NOT an mp3 player. it has mp3 functionality but that is meant for ringtones and what not...

anyways, in general the only phone i would say to definately not get is the ROKR. it lets you have a maximum of 100 songs no matter how much memory you have in there, and in general its just not a great phone. in fact it has a very high return rate.

to my knowledge, the w600i would be a great choice. it seems to be a favorite among most people. good mp3 player, good camera phone, and decent phone, it's just a tad on the bulky side. also you can't add memory.

i have no idea about the LG. it looks decent though.

and the razr... well if you just want a stylish phone with bluetooth and what not, it's a good choice. just no mp3 player.

oh yea and one more thing. where do you live? a 3 year contract really sucks.... and you can get most of those phones for cheaper than that, at least in the US.

ok i had two of those phone so i guess i can help a bit. itunes and phone together isnt really that good.... i had a slvr that also used itunes but it lag and has a 100 song limit. and it can't view other languages except english txt on itunes. i had the s710a which is pretty much the same as w600i. the only difference is color and s710a has much bigger screen. s710a is a very solid phone that includes alot of features. bt, 1mp, fm radio, and mp3 player. and the w600 has all those features. I also had the LG CE500. Great phone but two things i didnt like was that you can't trasnfer photos on transflash card to your pc. no bt too. so only bad things. the camera for a vga wasn't that bad. only good thing about razr is that its thin, big screen, bt. i would go with the SE w600i.

yeah I live in Canada so the cellphones suck here XD and if I get one of these phones, I can choose up to 5 more phones for the rest of my family for free so it's a pretty good deal i guess o_O

oh wow, what a bummer...

oh yea, one more thing i should say..

the w600i only has 256 of MB available... so... if you're tryna but a lot of songs on there, that's not the way to go.

Am I the only one that thinks the w600 looks really cheap (esp compared to the s700/710)? I would pass on since it doesn't even have an automated spinner mechanism. The rokr....er I'd rather get the original e398 without the 100 song cap. I'd recommend just going to simpro or a fido booth ..for a much better selection of phones.

The Razr doesnt have MP3 and I personally dont like most Motorola phones simply because in my opinion I think they suck. I have the Sony Ericsson w600i and I loveeeeeee it!..it's really awesome. The battery life is great. I barely use my Ipod anymore cuz I'm always listening to music on the w600i and the battery doesnt die out that fast. And the Rokr? i dont know.. I don't like motorola so yeah..I heard that the itunes with the phone isnt good so I wouldnt choose that. The w600i doesnt use itunes..so i would go with that! =) Oh yeah. and one more thing the camera on the w600i is very good also =)

I would choose the Sony Ericcson W600i. I think it looks better than some of the other ones and a bit different. Slide phones are nice.

SE is a good phone for that price. My friend had it and I was playing around with it. Pretty cute phone.
