everytime i download a video that's high or medium quality... it never works/plays.. same with movies
my windows xp computer already has windows media player automatically... is there a program that i need to download to get the hq/mq/movies to play? if so, can someone give me a specific website/ type or at least tell me what's wrong
i would really appreciate it :]

what happens when you play?
chances are you just need the right codecs..
