I was wondering if it was possible to add two subtitle files to one avi file. like how they have in chinese movies where there's chinese subtitles and english subtitles going on at the same time. i have both subtitle files but one is .sub and the other is .srt. thanks in advance.

Interesting question.
If you know how to work with the virtual dub, frame server method or virtual dub to whatever format you want (however you do it) you can just load up 2 filters and load up both subtitles.
Other methods, im not sure about.

Well she wants to keep it in AVI type format.
I think you can do multiple subs with OGM files (basically AVIs with subs sticked on to them). Google it. Youll need a special video player to select sub stream.
