I noticed I come to this thread exactly once a month lol. I'm currently reading:

Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank (for school)
A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry (for school)
A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett
A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens
Hamlet by William Shakespeare
The Kitchen God's Wife by Amy Tan

I have to read half of that by the end of winter break sad.gif

Memoirs of a Geisha. i dont know what to say about this book. its a beautiful book, i like it, but something about it pisses me off, i think its the fact that women back then did everything possible to make the men feel good, even when it made the geisha feel like crap.. its too soon for me to say how much i like it, i have like 40 pages left. ^O^

WHOA, wiat what book did you love????!! hopefully you meant memoirs of a geisha, cause Grapes of Wrath made me feel like i was dying a very SLOW death, lol. but Memoirs of A geisha. seems too real becuase of the way its written which is really astonishing, even tho its ficiton !!, bittersweet is a word i would use to describe it.

^ Oh yeah. I loved Memoirs of a Geisha. Very good book.

Right now I'm reading We Were The Mulvaneys by Joyce Carol Oates. It's actually pretty boring so far.
