my brother and i read it last summer. it's really an amazing book.
we spend 20 years fighting and then bond over a book.
haha.
i really want to reread it too, but they're already so many books on my list.
and i'll have to check out that song.

Currently Reading: You Shall Know our Velocity by Dave Eggers.
It's taken some time for me to get into it. I don't really have a lot of compassion for the characters he's created this time around.
I'm also reading Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone.
This is the third time I've read this; it seems like I'm alway starting the series, but I never make it past the third book. :\

Went on vacation for a couple of weeks without my computer so I started reading BOOKs again wink.gif.

I just discovered/ and finished reading the Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer a few days ago -- It was awesome (any suggestions for something similar)... so I dont drown in a sea of fanfics wink.gif. It is actually a young adult novel AND a New York Times Best Seller. This isnt my normal genre for me but I enjoyed her writing style much more then Anne Rice (I know that is probably blaspheme to many). Anyone have any suggestions for something for me to read that would be similar to the twilight series since I have to wait a YEAR for the next one!?

Currently reading Angels of the Seventh Dawn -- the lady at the book seemed to be all in love with it. -- about 75% done I am not liking it so much. It is a little to "out there" for me...

also reading "I'd Tell You I loved You, But then I'd Have to Kill You by Ally Carter -Seemed to be lighthearted funny type of story you know like a teenflick by Disney. I just started it but it seems funny. Hope it doesnt get to "young" =).

Since I am a book buying mood too I just picked upo Hacking Harvard by Robin Wasserman and Stray by Rachel Vincent.

Sadly I have to go back to work tomorrow and am going to have to relegate my book reading to the weekends.

You know I wish I could be a book reviewer or something...

@ Cindydanda -- What did you like about gossip girls? I was thinking about checking it out.

It may have to be a Chinese novel which I think is very apt to read during a period in which time is scarce. ^=^

I'm reading Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.
It's supposed to be a "life changing" book but I think The Fountainhead influenced me enough lol
