^I concur. Maybe it's just me.. I just didn't see what was so great about The Great Gatsby.

*hi-fives Sandy*

Yay, someone agrees with me. It was a torture doing that book for class. I think I have somewhat of an aversion to classics, lol.

to lull me to sleep - Inheritance of Loss
for entertainment - Sophie Kinsella's shopaholic series.. just finished her SHopaholic and Baby
and when i need to cook - Jamie Oliver's Cook with Jamie

C.S. Lewis Chronicles of Narnia - I feel it's racist!! I don't know if the author knows it or not, but all the bad guys he describes are color people!!! The good guys are white. funny.

the virgin suicides by jeffrey eugenides.
it's.. really good. it really is haunting. =/
You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen.
Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet, still and solitary.
The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked,
it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.
