i just finished twilight, and im jumping on to read new moon.
i do feel like im reading a fanfic, but i just cant put it down because its exciting, and i, like isabella, feel butterflies too =P

^^
hm...
edward cullens... seems like a damn hottie =) well.. he is a hottie. lol x] no doubt about it

edit:
i started reading yesterday at 8pm, then i finished 6am blush.gif well, i fell asleep. i woke up, ate breakfast, did my chores, and at last, finished the book. its loads of adventures.
and i kind of agree, it is the next harry potter, i say this, because i am always on the edge of my seat.
but nothing will beat harry potter sweatingbullets.gif

Why cry? I'm a stronger girl now because of you. So, why cry?

currently reading The Pact by Jodi Picoult.
i really love this author's work, though i don't usually read these type of books. i usually aim for the childish, teenage drama novels.

but this is really good...so far. i've only read a few chapters.

Letters to a Young Mathematician by Ian Stewart.

Yeah, it's for a calculus assignment. Pretty interesting though.

Just done with >>> Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov (the plot was good, a bit disturbing with that whole pedophile thing)
Yet, the reading was a bit bland, I always feel like the narrator is speaking in a monotone voice...

Will start >>> Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson (I like old english literature stuff biggrin.gif)

For English Class >>> Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury (So far I'm having a hard time getting what's happening in the book...)

I can't believe this but I'm currently reading Halo: Ghost of Onyx. It's weird, one of my younger cousins left it at my house so I decided to read it lol, it's actually pretty interesting.
But hey at least I'm reading something lol.

Just finished A Countess Below Stairs by Eva Ibbotson. I don't recommend it to anyone. The main character appeared in about 30 pages out of the 400 pages in the book. The author went too much into detail about the other 100,000 characters, and not nearly enough about the main character. It was also frustrating how the author made the main character so perfect. Cheesy ending too. Eh.

I'm now reading The Secret Life of Bees and it's really good so far. I love the writing style.

i'm reading farenheit 451 too
winter break reading that i chose randomly from a list
i like it though.
it might seem kind of confusing but it's because the story is set in like an alternate society where people are deprived of freedom to think and stuff.

East of Eden by John Steinbeck
really good and has some reference from the bible story of Cain and Abel. I really recommend it! Even though the first chapter is really dry.

i've just recently finished:
Summer of Fear by Lois Duncan

it's a very suspensing book, leaves great cliffhangers at the end of the chapters.

I finished reading "I Am America (And So Can You!)" by Stephen Colbert
about a month back. Awesomely hilarious and random book, but my favorite
recent book I've read has to definitely be "The Book of Lost Things". <3

LOL, I find it rare that anyone would sit through Waiting for Godot. How was it for you?

I'm currently wading through Neil Gaiman's Sandman series.
