Rebecca is one of my favorite films but I haven't had the chance to read it yet.
I'm reading "Perfume" right now--really, really good.

I have read that book also after I have read his controversial book "The Vinci Code".
right now i am reading The Zahir of Poalo Coelhe, and side reading another book of Leil Lowndes, title How to talk to anyone.
"If you are wise, your wisdom will reward you; if you are a mocker, you alone will suffer" Proverbs 9:12
Keep reading everyone!

To each her/his own
I have read all of Dan Brown's books and I can safely say that if you have read Da Vinci Code or Angels and Demons then you have read them all. Same formula in all of them. It is nice at the initial book but after three of the same it can get tiresome since he doesn't have a particular prose.
Patrick Süskind's Perfume I too can recommend in good conscience.

i'l be comparing it to 'Animal Farm' and it needs to have a theme of power in it. i was thinking of doing The Diary of Anne Frank but when i heard that one of my friends was doing The Devil Wears Prada, i'm having second thoughts.. i want something more 'modern' but then again maybe Anne Franks the way to go since its about Hitler etc..
argh.

The Winter Rose - Jennifer Donnelly
Dueling princes - Tyne O'Connell.
Hm. Those two books are really the opposite of each other.
DP is a really funny, girls book while TWR is all serious and stuff ^^
