The Diva Search is utter poo. If any of them should win, it should be Layla El, JT, or Milena. But I bet some of them are going to be hired anyway. History can happen again .. the DS 2006 winner is crowned, and finally .. ASHLEY CAN BE RELEASED. And then TNA and pick her up like what they did to Christy ..

Diva searches are completely pointless and take up a good 10 minutes of something that could be better.

I just got back from a Jersey All Pro show last night, amazing freaking show. Yea it was like 3 and half hours but, worth it. I almost got owned twice by a wrestler getting thrown into the crowd by another wrestler, but that was awesome. A bunch of brawls into the crowd and Teddy Hart moonsaulted off a freaking soda vending machine onto another wrestler. Well I have some pics to share, yea camera phones suck, but I didn't charge my digicam the night before and during the day I didn't expect to have SOOO many photo ops.

And yes, me with Low-Ki, yea, I look pretty crappy I know, comes as a result of avoiding wrestlers and being in quite a hot place lol. Plus the guy who helped take a picture for me didn't really inform me on where to stand and stuff, but whatever, I got a pic, thats all that counts.

Looking foward to ECW this week, CM Punk debuts, that will be amazing.

BREAKING NEWS: Lita Plans To Leave WWE

Trish Stratus and Stacy Keibler aren't the only long tenured WWE Divas leaving the company. Lita plans on leaving WWE very soon as well.

Lita's WWE contract is expiring in the next month or two and there are currently no negotiations taking place for a new deal. There is no negativity within the company as she isn't missing any shows, nor is she refusing to do anything on television.

Lita is looking to get into acting, although not necessarily at the big-time level like several other of her wrestling peers. Lita's had several strong years financially (usually in the $450,000 range), not to mention that she's never lived extravagantly and thus she can go a long time without having any financial issues.

Also, the company would welcome her back with open arms should she ever decide to return. Internally, the feeling regarding her potential return to the company is good. There is a good chance that she will return to WWE sometime down the line, although she's expected to be gone for quite some time.

There needs to be one more Lita vs.Trish match to end that feud properly.

Although Rebecca DiPietro and Maryse Ouellet did not win the 2006 $250,000 Diva Search, neither is complaining now. DiPietro was hired by WWE to attend Deep South Wrestling (DSW) in Atlanta. She’s currently preparing to relocate to Georgia to find an apartment and to take part in training.

“I’m stoked, that’s what I wanted,” said DiPietro in a phone interview. “I think I’m made to work for WWE. I think I have what it takes to be a Diva, and I’m not surprised [that she was contacted after being voted off].”

Maryse Ouellet, the second finalist eliminated in the Diva Search, hasn’t officially been hired, but was invited to observe workouts and the training facility at Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) from Aug. 13-17. Although she understands there’s no guarantee that this will lead to full time employment with WWE, she’s grateful to have been given another opportunity to live out her dream.

“I can just cry, [is] my feeling right now,” Ouellet said. “I’m very excited. It was very, very good news.”

Brooke Adams, who entered the Diva Search but was cut before the eight Diva Search finalists eight were selected, will also be a part of the tryouts at OVW. WWE.com tried to reach her, but she was unavailable for comment.

well lita leaving now isn't that big of a deal. all she ever does is stand outside of the ring and help edge cheat in matches. if lita was never injured and she still was wrestling, then it'd be a shame. i miss seeing lita wrestle. she was one of the very few divas that could actually wrestle.

and if they plan to do another 'Team Xtreme' w/her..please just stop right this second! she's horrible to watch in the ring!! she's nothing compared to Lita..i always thought Lita's wrestling was sloppy at times..but ashley is worse!

and as for Lita leaving..that's kinda sad. but she ain't done much in forever so i guess. and yes it would be nice to see her and trish give it one more time! they one of the best fueds ever and they need to end it on the right note! something good that's really needed on wwe!!

Ashley Massaro - Lita 2.0. I can NOT stand her. Christy is far more better than Ashley, she has improved during her run in the WWE whilst Ashley is still the same with the botch moves, looking lost in the ring, and she broke her hand just weeks after she got off her leg injury. Wtf. Even Candice is better than Ashley.

Seriously, Candice actually looks like she improves everytime I see her in the ring. There are a lot of good female wrestlers on the indy circuit. Mercedes Martinez, April Hunter, Cheerleader Melissa, more need to be signed instead of those Diva Search airheads. It looks like once Trish and Lita leave, the only girls that can really wrestle will probably be Victoria and Mickie James.

On the side note, I saw a match between two up girls here in Jersey at a JAPW show and they were like light years better than some of the wrestling I've seen on WWE TV. Japanese women's wrestling is pretty good too, I have a DVD with some matches from Japan and they were great. I think WWE needs to sign some to keep the Women's division fresh and competitive.

^^ agreed! i think they just need to stop this stupid diva search..or if not then at least test them on things that'll help them with their career..not a stupid dance contest! uuurrgghhh!! so stupid! and about having only 2 that actually wrestle...well that's what the women's divisions been like..even tho they have all these girls...only 2 actual wrestlers really get to do a match. at times they didn't even use victoria when they could've..how sad! they had her running arounf w/torrie and candice. aiyah! they are slowly drowning the women's division!

Lita 2.0...dude you're being too generous! she's horrible! i agree...Christy actually really impressed me when i saw her wrestle Melina on Smackdown back when she was still there! and candice has surprised me too cause i didn't think she could wrestle..but she's getting good. but ashley is... i don't kno why they are letting girls like Christy go..shame!
