The same day, WWE held a press conference with a speech from his nephew Chavo, who spoke of Guerrero's four years of sobriety that would have come on November 15 of that year. Chavo adamantly defended his uncle, saying he had defeated his "personal demons." WWE Chairman Vince McMahon declined to speculate on the causes of Guerrero's death, and both men said that Guerrero would have "wanted the show to go on".
An autopsy revealed that Guerrero died as a result of acute heart failure, caused by undiagnosed heart disease and strain placed on his heart from his overworking himself. Although Guerrero had not used illicit drugs or alcohol for over four years, his past excesses had contributed to his heart failure.
On the day of his death, Guerrero was set to face Batista and Randy Orton in a triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship on the November 13 taping of Friday Night SmackDown! (which would have aired on November 18). Stephanie McMahon hinted that Guerrero had been scheduled to defeat Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship, a title that he had never held before.
O man .... sad ....

Diamond Dallas Page Files Lawsuit Against Jay-Z
- Former WCW star Diamond Dallas Page has filed a federal lawsuit against rap superstar and Def Jam President Jay-Z for trademark infringement. Page claims that Jay-Z has taken his "Diamond Cutter" hand symbol and used it in his products. Jay-Z uses the symbol to represent the record label he created, Roc-A-Fella Records in 1996.
Page begin using the diamond shaped hand signal in 1996 while he was in WCW and continues to use it till this day. The sign appears on the cover of his latest book, "Yoga for Regular Guys".

Don't tell DDP... several readers sent word that Larry Johnson, running back for the Kansas City Chiefs, made the "Diamond Cutter" symbol with his hands after scoring both of his touchdowns Sunday against the Denver Broncos.
The Playboy curse strikes again as Christy Hemme was released yesterday morning. Hemme was recently assigned to Ohio Valley Wrestling so the news is kind of surprising. I guess they wanted to get rid of her before she embarrassed herself by showing improvement and hurting those bikini contests and pillow fights...

Oh I see.. so that's the Diamond shape hand.. HehE...
Well I miss Survivor Series but I have to agree with you about Raw and Smackdown. Batista, Randy Orton(however you spell his last name), JBL, and the ones you mention are the only well known in Smackdown.
