Remembered a random time in Shanghai when we went to a mall to buy cooking utensils and other supplies. It was all really heavy, but I refused to let my princess carry anything. What sucked afterwards was that there were no cabs that would stop for us. Then I started playfully shouting "Hey, we're American, we have some money." And sure enough, a little while after, we got us a taxi.
