I'm getting my Rin Rin Samurai limited edition today!!! yay!!

The regular version is still just as good ( I like the cover better than the limited ed. version). And it still comes with a 16 page photobook. The only thing the limited edition has over the REG. is the special DVD, and 4 extra pages to the photobook.

I don't think it's too bad to pay 28 bucks for the album at Yesasia ( + free shipping). It costs about 40 to buy it from Kinokuniya.

I used to spend so much money on japanese albums. Also, I don't know if anybody else is having this problem, but whenever I order from ethaicd, some of the CD cases are broken either on the inside or on the outside edges.

Is it just me????

Hm...You're not the only one. I've heard others talk about that too na. Personally, I have never had any broken cd cases with my EThaiCD packages whether it was sent by UPS or by regular airmail.

I personally think EThaiCD won't gobble up your money like other places (such as YesAsia) do. I've had a bad encounter with YesAsia cause of my GYM cd. XD... I can't do anything with stupid store credit. >_<... Now I only order by EThaiCD because they actually reply to customer's questions in 24 hours. YesAsia took a week to answer me. >_<... ahhhh....

Well... BAD NEWS for those who didn't feel like spending $$$ (pre-)ordering Rin Rin Samurai on the Japanese online stores but did anyway because they absolute love GM and doesn't care about if they go poor as long as they get the cds. XDD... Thai versions of Rin Rin Samurai are coming out on Sept. 17. There will be both a Limited Edition and a Regular Edition. However instead of a DVD there will be a VCD. And I'm not sure if its both versions or just the limited Edition, but there will be 3 additional songs, resulting in 17 songs for the Rin Rin Samurai album.

EThaiCD will sell the Thai versions like they do all other GM stuff. And the price will be like $25 or lower... including s&h... but this is just my price estimation...XD... it'll probably be a lil higher than that seeing as they loveeee to make GM stuff expensive for us. >_<...

sticky_rice: I got my rinrin samurai album in the mail today from yesasia, but there was no 20 page booklet like they said there should be. I was about to cry. I paid 33 bucks for this and waited over a month. I'm still waiting for a reply back from them. If I dont' get a reply in the next few hours, I'm going to call customer service. ;_____;

Thank you for that info though!!! If worse comes to worse and the photobook runs out, I will have to wait and get the thai version.

I heard the 20 page photobook isn't actually a 20 page photobook, but just the lyrics page w/ some photos. Makes sense, but sounds so darn misleading. :/

oh, and welcome shobe_show. Yeah, they're pretty popular. Over 3500 people came to the fan handshake meet (akushu kai) in Japan for their Nippon Ai Ni Iku Yo single. Some of them were fans who came all the way from Thailand, and there were fans who were crying. lol, and I saw some girls in kimono, trying to catch their eye.

The limited edition DVD was awesome, totally worth it!!!, and Golf and Mike were so cute, especially when they went out shopping together in Akihabara and stuff. It's in Region- 2, so for those who don't have multi region player, it's probably best to get the thai version with the VCD .

LOL shobe_show...XD... have you listened to GM yet?..XD... they've got quite a fanbase. And there's going to be Korean album out soon too. 2 songs have already been recorded and some of their Thai songs will be sung in Korean. ahhh... my boys aren't fluent in Korean.. >_<... have to face the criticism on their accent again. xD...

OH... so the 20 page booklet is really the cover...>_<... damn... that explains my GYM cd now... ..soooo not fair. and yeah its totally misleading. I actually thought it was gonna be a little booklet with just pictures to enjoy. xD...

Even with the VCD some people still can't play it unless they have a DVD player that can play VCDs. But as long as everyone has a computer we're all fine. xDDD...

I think it's safe to say that they're better "live", than they are in the karaoke MVs, because well, those are just "karaoke MVs". The MVs that they show on TV are different right? Like they made new versions of " Sexy Girl" and " Seng" for TV. So like I said before, the reason why some of the choreography was bad, was because of the choreographer, not because Golf Mike can't dance o_O;

I really don't like them singing in Korean (a la Mike @ One by One concert covering Goong theme???). I'd rather they stick to Japanese, but break away from Johnny style music (except I liked them doing the cover of "Venus" and " Yumemonogatari" in the Let's Bounce concert. They sounded better than Tackey & Tsubasa, especially Golf.)

But I'll support them wherever they go. D;

It's only some MVs that they make diff versions of.

I actually thought Mike sang "Fool For you" quite well. xD... It's just his accent. When he hitted the chorus & especially during the Thai part of the song I was practically in awe of how good his voice can be. Cause Grammy only gives him those songs that don't show off his great vocal abilities.

Japanese maybe their look, but Korean music is a little more GM style xD... ah... but this might be just my close minded opinion since the only Japanese music I listen to is the JE stuff. ToT...

GM can dance. It's just the simple JE dance moves that pull them down. (compares "Bounce" to "Fever to Future" )

ToT... gosh man... I was just watching 1by1 again. *stomps all the female dancers for Sexy Girl*... bleh...
