like my internets like 1.2 mbps but bitcomet downloads at 20 mbps
soompi wont leme have a blank sig

Have you not looked at http://www.portforward.com/routers.htm ?
Select your router, click bitcomet for setting information.

Other than that, if you have XPservice pack 2 they like to limit the connections you can use. http://www.p2pforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=6431 go down to "Windows XP Service Pack 2 (available here) includes an array of new security "enhancements""

After you've gone through what Awdark suggested and you're still having problems, it's the tracker + peers you're connected to (and their overall speed)

Nah, he is trying to get anime. Anime with TONS of seeds that I can menacingly laugh at when I download at 150k/s while he suffers at 20k/s.

anyway. portforward etc etc.. like everyone else mentioned/ or someone

besides from doing all that, disabling DHT and uPnP Port Mapping helps it too
