I have a few questions.
-Whats the best way to look for an apartment(off campus) w/ ucsd undergrad roomates? Is there a place on campus that can help me?
-Advice on taking out a loan? (Since my plan is to take out loans and pay it off after i graduate.)
Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated.

First of all congratulations! I'm an ERC student as well
The college you're accepted into out of the six doesn't really matter when it comes to your majors, but yes it does come into play in regards to your GE's and and living situation. Each college has their own little part of campus and dorms, but no worries ERC dorms are really nice. I'd advise you to send in your housing early though even if you're not 100% sure you're going to choose UCSD because first of all, the housing form thing you submit first is free (you don't have to pay until you submit your SIR and go through that whole process, etc) and second of all ERC housing doesn't accomodate all its student. A lot of first years get overflow housing into Revelle and although I don't think the fleets are all that bad, the ERC dorms are much nicer imo.

The food at Foodworx is great! Why? Because i work there. You should get food from me. =]
By not so great, are you talking just about the variety or the quality of food?
Oh and how are other dining halls all that different, variety-wise? We have stir fry on saturdays, bbq grill on the weekends, steaks on wednesdays, different hot foods every day... PLUS it's open late. That's a luxury not many other colleges have. Most are stuck going to OVT or Earl's after 8.. Oh and where else can you get bosco sticks and churros? Considering how small Foodworx is, i think it holds its weight..
