The singing tree doesn't blend in at all.

Hence the "supposed to". It It blends in at night though. wink.gif

For Muir admits - I really like muir and although I didn't live on campus, the dorms were renovated and are pretty nice compared to what it was like 3 years ago, lol. Also, the dorms have a really sweet common room for every two floors. Plus, you'll learn to appreciate MOM (middle of muir) for cheap scantrons and bluebooks. wink.gif
I'm really thankful that you're alive. The news about you is my reason for living. We should meet at least once while living. No matter what you're doing be healthy and always live happily. For you being born, for meeting you... I'm so thankful.

even if you don't go to muir, can you still purchase stuff at MOM?
or is it just designated specifically for muir students?

...cuz i think the price center is kinda far from erc xDD >.<

Man after visiting, I am so excited. I love ERC! I am sure the MMW classes are hard but I think I will really enjoy it.

I had that discussion for INT'L Studies! But I changed to another discussion tongue.gif
But TM 102 is right by Geisel and Solis. When you head from Solis down the stairs to Geisel, it's to your left. It's the bungalos (however you spell it )

Nope, anyone can buy anything at MOM -- or at least that I know of. However, it's better if you have cash because Muir Woods (coffee shop) only takes cash and you have to spend at least $4 if you want to charge anything at MOM, I believe.

I don't know if there are any other places like this at other colleges. It would be really convenient if there was/are!

I'm going in as undeclared, but i still need to submit my SIR.
Most people that's in revelle seem to be in bio or science major. It scares me quite a bit. But it doesn't matter anymore b/c there is someone that was a economic and something else major. I guess I'll have to talk to the advisor about my major.
Good luck to you about your major. UCSD have one of the best for pre-med and sciences

Hi! I got in undeclared at Revelle too. Even though I'm going for a bio major, I have a lot of friends who are going to Revelle for other things. One, I think, is doing communications or something like that and another is doing music. Either way, I'm sure you won't have any trouble and will meet lots of great people.

My names Susan, btw.

haha I hardly ever have cash on me when I am nearby Muir Woods! But when I do have cash, I'm too far away and I'm too lazy to haul my fatass to a shuttle stop or uphill to muir woods. I don't have that kind of dedication yet. >_<" hahah wtf you know you could get from center to York through a quicker route. I'm surprised you're not like Yvonne who would probably stop by Art of Expresso!

P.S.: BE AFRAID!!!!111 ;]

Just wondering, is there anyone here that chose UCSD over UC Berkeley (or UCLA)? What made you do it?

I am in dire need of help right now. I can't make up my mind and it's been bothering me for weeks!

yeah..
it's a lot harder to get into certain programs for berkeley
for example, their business school there (for juniors and senior undergrads)
you have to get straight A's your first two years (4.0) and then TEST in to the business school
which is kind of stupid if you go to berkeley to study business and not be able to qualify for it

so yeah, it's really tough there (i'm not saying that it's not going to be tough as SD....) but that's another thing for you to consider...

i personally know of a person who's going there who is only shooting for straight B's...
and he was a perfect student back at high school (as in involved in extra curr. and was president, VP, treasurer, secretary etc of several clubs) he was also a straight A student in multiple AP classes

there's no doubt that SD's curriculum is difficult as well (my friend said that out of a class of 300 chem students, only 5 or 6 got A's) ... but i think that if you're looking for somewhere where you can for sure study what you go to study and be by a beach 8D ...then SD is the place to go ^^

(and this is an opinion from someone who hasn't even visited campus yet xDD) ...so that may be something to consider as well xDD *cough*

Hi Susan. Good luck to you at Revelle and majoring in bio smile.gif
I was thinking of bio major for along time, but my AP bio class right now makes it seems like it's not the right path for me to choose. It might be because of the way the teacher teaches. It was great in 9th grade though.

Hey guys!

I live in San Francisco currently. I got accepted into Revelle College. Woah.. are theirs dorms that bad compared to the others?

I just toured UCSD! I'm impressed with the international studies students can engage in...

Question is... is UCSD good for ecological studies? I really want to travel the world and help animals against extinction..

Thanks for your help!
