Yea I know Yvonne. She works with David, too! lol and my nephew (well, he's not really my nephew, but I say he is.. long story hahaha) knows David Dinh's girlfriend from high school. Small world, huh? lol. Yea, we all work at the S & E Library in Geisel. You've probably seen me before, but didn't know. I'm a really short Asian girl. I think there's only 1 or 2 other short Asian chicks that work there. Aha
Vivian - ahahah now that I see you posted your facebook, omg so YOU'RE the Vivian who sent me the RSVP VSA event invitation. I think you sent it like a week or two ago. I forget. What a coincidence! And wow, good job with your GPA! It's better than mines. Definitely. I hve like.. a 2.6 or 2.7 now. =_= And I'm a second year. I need to bring my GPA up. But I know I'll definitely focus better winter quarter. Not more slacking off!
I totally screwed myself over in bild (bio lower division) so far. I was actually failing the class (yes, with an F ont he curve) and miraculously pulled myself up to a C in that class. That means I must have gotten 80/90 or more or something on my final. And that's WITHOUT THE CURVE. There's almost never a curve in that bio class because people get perfect scores, so the curve is like.. set only a few percentage points lower. like, a 94% = A+. So if you get a 66%, that would be equivalent to a C- (70%). Eek.
Oohh soompi gathering.

qrace - i think OVT is so overrated!

Soompi meetup? I won't be able to make it unless it's off campus (preferably clairmont/convoy area) since I live offcampus (like 20 min. away w/o traffic!). When I am on campus, I'm in class :[
My schedule this quarter:
- BILD 2 (Darwin Berg - he's cool
- Poli 13 (Houston - I got sleepy and distracted, but the class seems pretty chill)
- BICD 100 (Smith - haven't had it yet. I'll post back later)
- Chem 6C (Dipasquale - he's not so bad. I'm just lazy. >_<" He's easier than other teachers, imo. IDK what others are saying!)

Sadly, I live in Canada.
Which part of Canada? My boyfriend's cousins live there. They're cool. :] UCSD's really cool.
I'm actually waitlisted for BICD 100, but my friend says I will most likely get in and the professor said that there's a high chance people will get in. I'm still waitlisted at 18th spot. =_=
AzN_cHiC89 - Oh man SDCC 1? That really sucks because my friends had that class and they said it was horrible. It was more like a waste of time and I think it was 1 unit (something like that?). :/ Fortunately it's really easy. :]
I want to add another class, but I can't. :[

How was the CAT practicum? I'm very scared of it - especially the paper... +_+ Seriously, other college kids don't know how hard Sixthers have it with the stupid practicum... Like my friend is from ERC and he was complaining about MMW but I shut him up after I told him about CAT and the practicum lol

I'm going to assume that you're in a chem/bio major. Music.. is that for your major or for GE reqs? I can't even handle five classes, let alone six. Good luck! :]

hehehe u gotta love the sunglasses..i enjoyed watching gattaca in his class..
cat practicum was a good experience for me.i picked eds 130/139 PAL prgram mentoring a student...it was a lil hard for me because i had to mentor a student who didn't speak english at all n nor i speak spanish..but it was pretty fun because i got to hang out with kids...
now the writing part...i had my first lecture today..it was suppose to be taught by peter john...but linda strauss is teaching it now..i never had her n i heard that she's pretty tough..so yeah writing is not really my skill so im dreading it...
but yeah the whole practicum is not as easy..

I'm a Physiology and Neurosciences major and a Music minor. The three music classes should be okay so the schedule isn't that bad - it's technically 7 classes but not really
