the claremont colleges are good schools that are locally known. harvey mudd is a great engineering school. it's a nice school, but its in the middle of no where and the people are kind of weird.

pomona and mckenna are both really good schools... mckenna is very politically active and like someone mentioned earlier, pomona is well known among liberal arts colleges. I think it's like... 3rd best? 4th best? something like that. I have a friend attending pomona and one attending mckenna... and my older brother is a harvey mudd graduate. i think pomona and mckenna both look for more than jus academic things. but anyways, if you live in California, you should definitely visit, it helps you learn a lot about the school. and you'll be able to tell if you can stand living in the middle of nowhere lol

I've researched them in high school, they are pretty expensive I think but I think the education is worth it.
I think they are really neat and clean. I havent visit the campus yet but... I was so close to going there.
Decent school.
