well i need help. my computer needed to be "restored" meaning restarted and i lost all of my files. but now my computer can't read korean, japanese, and chinese characters. Could someone please help me with this? what do i need to do so that my computer would be able to read asian characters???
oh and also how do i get a language bar?

you need to go into control panel, settings, then regional and language options, and from there, specify what language you need..should be self explanatory from there.. you may need your original windows cd.

download the IME's for each language from microsoft.
