I'm screwed. On an impulse I passed by my mobile service provider today and I asked if they could upgrade my phone and they said they can. I waited as they upgraded it. I know that if they did, my contacts will be deleted but I did not worry because I have backed it up at home. Finally, my mobile phone is upgraded minus the contacts and then I went home. I synchronized my mobile with my PC and then I started to notice that all my contacts in the Microsoft Outlook is gone. I had made sure that if there was a conflict with my phone and the PC, the conflict shall be resolved by replacing it on my mobile but then it's gone. All my contacts are gone.

Does anyone know any way to retrieve contacts/addresses if they got deleted in your Microsoft Outlook? I'm so hopeless, I should have asked my sister to install GoBack. I'm gonna cry myself to sleep tonight..

Make sure you are login to your Microsoft Outlook.

if they got deleted they would be in your Deleted Items folder.
