I'm sure we are all aware of how good she can sing, but I'm jammin to her latest album and OMG she is freakin every single song!
I was on YouTube and some girl names Regine Velaquez was singing her songs and I was like
"She has no business singing Mariah's songs" Her voice is the bomb there is no denying it!

I LOVED her old songs from the 90s. I think her newer songs are all very generic and boring.

when people told me her voice is awsome this, awsome that..so i listen to her current songs (yes..i didnt know who she was for a long time) and i dont see anything special about her
but her old 90's songs were better..as in vocal wise

she's losing her voice now

her new song with snoop dog
that is a sad song...good beat..horrible lyrics..and her vocal is just like any other britney..except for a couple "ah"s now and then

the fact taht she's mainstream + can sing makes people think she's one of the best females singers out there

i disagree although i cant deny her talents though

I totally agree. That's why I dislike her a lot now. I guess now that she's reached the peak of her career already, she thinks she can be lazy with her singing. Her newer fast songs just have her whispering a few lines here and there -__-

I think her older stuff was better in my own opinion. I own all of her albums including her new one and her new one i've only listened to once I can't get into her newer stuff like I really could with her older stuff.

She does have the talent, but her new stuff like some people above said is just so generic and it's what you hear all the time anymore.

I love all Mariah carey's songs cause her voice is just so great!
but what I can't stand about her is she's trying too hard to be all "ghetto" now. it's getting annoying.

I love Mariah Carey's voice and songs. She can really hit all of the high notes. I love all of her ballads where her voice and flow~

I don't really like Mariah's 'pop' songs because her voice isn't the type to sing those kind. (pop/hiphop etc.)

But nonetheless, Mariah's voice is very powerful.<3

She's the bomb!! Except she tends to wear clothes that are a tab bit too small...
