Before I got the Asian Languages to work, Internet Explorer recognized the different characters with NJStar. However, the program keeps on crashing, so I deleted it. Once I got the settings to work, all the programs and websites on Firefox can read different characters except for Internet Explorer. Can someone please tell me why? It's just a pain because I use sites like the Korean Cyworld and all I see are weird symbols.

By the way, if anyone needs help with cplexe or has a pop-up error concerning a CD (but they don't have it), please tell me through my Youtube page (search for "tipanii" on the site's search engine). Inform me about it and I will re-upload a tutorial I made. This is only for XP users, but I am not sure if my tutorial will help others. I didn't have the disk and I managed to find it after copying some files from the home computer. I managed to figure out where all the files were in the hidden directories after playing around with my laptop ^^

I followed the direction of the first page and installed the Korean in Regional languages in Control panel but I can't see the icon that can switch between EN or KO. Anybody knows how to make the icon appear?

Never mind I found out how to type it already biggrin.gif

Hi, guys...
I need ur help...>_<

My PC can't shown me a language taskbar/IME
altough I already setting the Regional and Language Option..
Perhaps this is because my PC use Windows XP Black Edition.

I really need to write hangul but I can't..
can u help me? How I can write hangul without IME/Language taskbar?
maybe with the software? what is the software's name?

Thanks b4

Hope to the END Always keep the faith

Black is a modified version, they might have taken it out and assumed it was useless

You do have to add the input method and keyboard, perhaps if you manually installed the IME packs http://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?s=&...t&p=8058622 it would show up?

When you press ALT, the language usually changes, right?
my computer used to go like that; but now for some reason it isnt working...-__-;

whenever I try to change the language to korean and click ALT, it doesnt work..
so i have to click the A on the taskbar with my mouse which is a lot more annoying TT^TT
anyone have this problem?

so i know that if you want to type in korean, you should make sure your language is KOREAN and THEN press "alt" to change from the "A" to the "ga(가)" symbol.

but how do you make it so that the default han/eng toggle is already in korean? ie it already is the "ga(가)" symbol?

does this make sense?!?!

Ahhh, I'm having a problem with MS Word after installing this. T_T Like my MS Word used to be fine and when I installed the East Asian Language packets to type in Korean, my MS Word shows up with this weird thing at the top and bottom.

I uninstalled the languages, and this thing still won't go away. Can somebody please help me resolve this problem? =(

Edit: Nevermind, I got it fixed =)

I got this same problem, how do you fix it?

I can type in Korean, but it comes out weird?

Ex. dongbangshinki should come out as 4 characters, right?

But this is what I get: 애ㅜ휴뭏노ㅑㅜㅏ

Help please!
