I recently got hired through NOVA to work at an eikaiwa in Tokyo, Japan. Is anyone else also doing something like this? Even not at an eikaiwa, maybe something like JET or INTERAC?

i used to live in japan so i know about NOVA. don't know anyone that works for them, but knew a few people who took lessons and weren't satisfied. i heard the JET program is really good.

NOVA is one of the worser Eikawas. Most of them work you hard for little pay..but out of the big 4.. ECC has more generous times, while AEON pays a bit better. But NOVA usually has one of the worst reps, GEOS too

I know some people who worked for Nova and they said the pay and the way they treated the employees wasn't the best. Nova is the easiest company to get hired by to teach english over in Japan. From what I know JET is one of the best known and they have a good reputation.
