hey everyone iam a transfer student and i plan on taking chem2A but it says i need chemistry placement which i already took and math placement. I am wondering if i need to take math placement for chemistry, even though i already finished lower div math at my community college which is Math16A short calculus.
please help

Another Soompi meet? Hella people flaked last time, but what should we do? There aint nothing much to do in Davis. Movie? Sushi? >.<

While I'm on the topic of sushi, I heard that Osaka Sushi is having a 20% discount for the month of October. I would say that it's probably the best sushi place in Davis. Although it's not all you can eat, I think it's worth it.

have you tried oshio's? i think oshio's is pretty good/okay. 5 dollar rolls after 7!

i've been there a couple of times.

osaka is next to the co-op.

oshio is okay. i only go there if i'm on campus and i don't have time to go anywhere else to eat. i stopped eating there ever since i got one of their specials and the sauce was just ketchup.

i'm down for lunch

it'll be fun to meet up with everyone..awkward at the same time..
half of my apartment-mates are soompiers too. One of them actually works at oshio.

LOL that was soooo not me! I don't ride my bike on campus anymore. This year's freshmen are CRAZY on bikes.

And Oshio's is okay. The quality of food is what you get for the price.

i feel like we're falling back into that groove of people being interested, and that's it. they just say they're interested and then when someone plans a meet, they don't go. lol. hopefully, i'm wrong.
