I'd recommend Gustavo Santaolalla and my favourite from him would be "De usuahia a la quiaca" (not sure how that's spelt but it's the main theme song from Motorcycle Diaries)

Another favourite of mine would be Indonesia guitarist Tohpati, his solo "Sendiri", which translates to "Alone", is a must-hear.

Other than that, I listen to all sorts of acoustic...
