은지원, 5집 티저 공개만으로 팬들 관심 폭증



은지원은 8일 온라인을 통해 5집 `플라토닉'의 티저 영상을 공개했다. 이번에 공개된 영상은 40초 가량의 짧은 분량이지만 은지원의 카리스마 있는 모습이 담겨 팬들의 기대를 높였다.

팬들은 `너무 기대된다. 은지원의 댄스가 궁금하다' `언제 풀 버전이 공개되느냐'며 뜨거운 반응을 보이고 있다.

소속사 측은 "타이틀곡 `싸이렌'은 진일보된 감각적인 멜로디가 돋보이는 노래로 곧 공개될 뮤직비디오도 많이 기대해달라"고 밝혔다.

한편 은지원은 10일 온라인을 통해 음원을 공개하고 11일 `뮤직뱅크'(KBS)를 통해 컴백한다.

I was a bit wary when i first read the description of the song, "repetitive and electronic.' Not my cup of tea. I'm not really into autotunes and synthesized songs that's why it took me awhile before i got to appreciate Beautiful Lady hehe. But for some reason, i like Siren!! For once, i didn't mind that it was autotuned~~~

When I was watching the MV the whole time I was thinking "Please let the guy in the dreadlocks be just a background dancer, please let the guy in the dreadlocks be just a background dancer."

The dreadlocks I can deal with, but the orange suit........ I think that really has to go...

that reminds me in Jekki's 2000 concert Suwonne (the youngest of Jekki ) had dread locks also and he whacked Jiwon in the head with his hair ( he acutually go Jiwonne pretty good in the eyes too ^^ll)

The first album concept photo that came out, i did not like at all. The second one...... made me laugh. What was he thinking? Is he going for retro meets Bob Marley or something?! What's with the orange suit, hideous tie and the blue undershirt? Oh gawd. Whatever his concept is, it just doesn't fit my idea of Platonic and Siren, most especially with the MV. Ohwell. I'm going to mass today to pray that Jiwon won't wear anything like that on his comeback stages!! Oh please!

Wasn't it said that for Siren, he's going to do his signature 'Point Dance?' What's that? Is that from his Jekki days?


Anyhow, this one's nice. It talked about how Jiwon was able to transform from being a choding to a genius. LOL.

KBS 2TV '해피선데이-1박2일(이하 '1박2일')'의 은지원이 쥐도새도 모르게 캐릭터를 바꿨다. 지금의 은지원을 만들어준 '은초딩'에서 최고의 기지를 뽐내는 '은천재'로 완벽 변신한 것.

은지원은 '1박2일' 초창기부터 2년 가량 '은초딩' 캐릭터를 통해 자신의 성격 그대로를 보여주며 '예능 블루칩'으로 떠올랐다. 단순한 성격과 필요한 일이라면 무조건 떼를 쓰는 모습, '섭섭한' 언행과 표정은 초등학생 그대로의 모습으로 시청자들에게 사랑받았다.

이 PD는 "사실 은지원이 '1박2일' 첫 촬영 전 자신의 IQ가 160이 넘는다고 했을 때 아무도 믿지 않았다. 하지만 지금은 믿는다"고 말했다. 이어 "예전에는 아침밥을 포기하면서도 잠을 자는 '초딩다운' 모습으로 웃음을 줬다면, 현재는 프로그램에 더한 애착을 가지고 스스로 적극적으로 움직이는 것 같아서 보기 좋다"고 덧붙였다.

Eun JiWon Reveals "Siren" Music Video Teaser

Eun JiWon has been busy featuring on other songs such as J-Walk's "My Love" and most recently, Icon's "Beautiful Lady," but it has been four years since he has put out an album of his own. Before the new year comes to mark another year of his absence, Eun JiWon will comeback with his fifth album Platonic. To prepare fans for his return, he has just released a teaser for his title song "Siren."

The forty second teaser shows a group of men in smoke masks doing cartwheels and dancing around. Are viewers supposed to take them seriously or find this teaser comedic? Maybe this teaser is a preview of what happens before the seriousness. Do the smoke masks play any role in this music video besides being a prop? Only time will tell when Eun JiWon releases the full music video.

Eun JiWon's fifth album, Platonic, will have eleven tracks, which include a winter version of his popular song, "Dangerous."

The big difference between buying it online and having someone in Korea to buy it for us instead is that we can get it much faster. Like in chubbychunk's case for example, she ordered MC Mong's album on YesAsia. She got her CD two months after. She was already in China by the time it arrived. Tsk, tsk.

Haven't tried buying anything online so i have no idea how fast the delivery is. But i think YesAsia is okay, so no problem for you. The problem is with our postal service here. They are waaaaaaaay delayed in delivering the goods. So that's a problem for us.

I'm not sure yet how we'll do it but from what i remember, makihiro told us before that we just need to pre-order it and then her friend would buy it and send it to us. How we pay her, don't know yet. The price is the same i think, the difference will be the shipment fee which will be much lower. Plus i think we can also ask her friend to buy some goodies for us too! XD~


With the release of the teaser, it raised the expectations of the fans.
