Wow all this commotion here about EJW album... I listen to all his song in this new album and I really like Platonic and Out of control very much. And it's addictive I tell you.

I saw the MV and somehow it remind me when he do the dance during the intimate note when he do dance battle with GOD. But it's really is nice to see EJW dancing again.

은지원의 새 앨범에 ‘1박2일’ 멤버 이수근의 코믹 피처링이 눈길을 끈다.

10일 공개된 은지원의 5집 앨범 ‘플라토닉’(Platonic)에는 키가 작은 남성의 애환을 담은 ‘160’이라는 곡이 수록됐다. 이 노래에는 KBS 2TV ‘해피 선데이-1박2일’ 멤버인 이수근이 “키컸으면! 키, 키, 키컸으면!”이라는 자신의 유행어와 “우리의 소리를 찾아서” 패러디 등을 선보여 웃음을 주고 있다.

팬들은 “이수근이 앨범에 참여해 반갑다” “역시 ‘1박2일’ 우정이다” "'1박2일' 우정은 대단한 듯" 등의 반응을 보이며 반가워하고 있다. 특히 MC몽이 ‘호러쇼’에 강호동의 피처링을 삽입한 데 이어 두 번째로 이뤄진 ‘1박2일’ 우정에 대해 감동했다는 반응이 이어지고 있다.

한편 은지원은 이번 앨범 타이틀곡 ‘싸이렌’으로 2005년 2월 4집 ‘The 2nd Round’ 발표한 이후 4년 10개월 만에 정규 앨범 활동을 시작한다. 은지원은 뮤직비디오에서 KBS 2TV 드라마 ‘아이리스’ 속 NSS요원 의상스타일을 선보이며 강렬한 의상과 헤어스타일로 눈길을 끌었다.

은지원은 11일 KBS 2TV '뮤직뱅크’를 시작으로 방송 활동을 시작할 예정이다.

은지원의 5집 앨범 타이틀곡 ‘싸이렌’이 온라인 음원사이트를 통해 공개됐다.

5집 앨범 ‘플라토닉’(Platonic)을 발표한 은지원은 2005년 2월 4집 ‘The 2nd Round’ 발표한 이후 4년 10개월 만에 정규 앨범 활동을 시작한다.

타이틀곡 '싸이렌'은 중독성 강한 멜로디 라인, ‘니가 니가 니가 뭔데’ ‘미쳐 미쳐 미쳐 미쳐 내가’등 재미있는가사와 풍성한 보컬 임펙트 등이 매력적인 일렉트로닉 힙합곡이다.

이와 함께 최근 공개된 '싸이렌' 뮤직비디오도 화제다 은지원은 뮤직비디오에서 KBS 2TV 드라마 ‘아이리스’ 속 NSS요원 의상스타일을 선보이며 강렬한 의상과 헤어스타일로 눈길을 끌었다.

한편 은지원은 11일 KBS 2TV '뮤직뱅크’를 시작으로 방송 활동을 시작할 예정이다.

I think i get it now. Why they needed to make everything so over the top. Hey, at least it got people talking. Jiwon's album is really good. Although for me it would have been a lot better if they lessened the use of autotune. Didn't hear much of Jiwon's voice in this album that's for sure~~ But even if Jiwon's album is great, we know that that's not enough. & Jiwon knows that. So i guess they thought of this concept to at least make him stand out a bit more. Even if people actually hate it, still they were able to catch the people's attention. & somehow it'll make you interested to at least try out his music and from there you'll know it's actually good

^ I didn't like Siren too at first but idk, after watching the MV, Siren looks promising now. I can't wait to see him perform it live. Couldn't clearly see his dancing in the MV so i'm really looking forward for tomorrow's performance!! Minus the suits and the dreadlocks!!

Yesterday was 12/10/2009. Our Jekki leader Jiwonne finally returned to the music industry after a long absence of almost 5 year, fans all over the world have been holding their breath for the album for almost 6 month, Jiwon didn't feel like it was good enough multiple time. The album was pushed back at least 3 times, just when we thought we would not see this elusive album till 2010 GYM entertainment put out official notification of the 12/10 release date. So we all waited, different fans from different country,speaking in different language, in different forums, websites, blogs, waiting for 1 men and his music.


As the excitement builds and builds it seems like 12/10 would never arrive. He first teased us with 40 second trailer of the MV for "Siren" but the music for the trailer was "Platonic"? It didn't matter, the trailer was very well received and love by all the fans, I didn't think it was possible but the anticipation grew even higher from that point on, right after the release of the trailer we also saw the release of the album pictures, as soon as the album picture hit the Internet, all of the website were in a frenzy (ORANGE SUIT! BLACK AND WHITE CHECKERED SUIT! AND NOT TO MENTION THE HAIR!!!!!!)


We were all running around scared not knowing what direction he is going with this album (hiphop dance album with suits and dreadlock ????) With no planning in mind we all held our breath and stayed up waiting for Jiwonne's album to drop, in the Chinese website there are fans that said that they have been up for the past 48 hours, translating news as soon as they come out, posting pictures as soon as they can find it, they even had the MV subbed with Chinese subtitle less than one day after the MV is released, the same thing is also happening in the Korean websites, the English website.


How is it that this one guy is able to affect so many of us around the world, why do we feel sooooo connected to him even though some of us are thousands of miles away?? That is Jiwonees for yea, When he gets on stage or is singing his music, what ever Choding image he had does not exist anymore! Like I said in the last post he becomes the leader of charisma and all attention will be focus on him.


I am ending this post with some wishes( because I am having a REALLY REALLY HARD TIME KEEPING MY EYES OPEN) I wish that Jiwonne oppa's album does extremely well, I wish that he have a wonderful Comeback stage later on today, I wish that he DOES NOT SHOW UP ON STAGE WITH DREADLOCKS (But you know I still love you even if you do).
