Hi, you can try visiting the site below:

http://forums.majorgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=35

They have instructions how to remove spyware and you can ask for help there if the problem is not yet resolved after you tried all the steps there. I also experienced a serious spyware problem not long ago and the people from the forum helped me remove the malware successfully.

im not sure if this is because of spyware buttt...

i went to a site with a lot of popups and evn though i have a popup blocker, popups came up and obviously something happened since these computer windows started popping up. it's like "windows installer" and then some programs i have on my comp (specifically wordperfect) tries to install itself and the installation popups keep coming up evn after i press cancel. so i uninstalled wordperfect but then it started happening with another program i have, sonic digital media. im pretty sure there's some kind of bug in my comp that's making this happen but i dont know what. anyone have any ideas on what is causing this/what i should do??

i wish i have read this thread before, i used to have a really bad spyware. Last time, they changed the homepage to porn! my little brother saw this, dad gets angry. my brothers and sister keep staring at the pops up and wonder wat those pics of ladies doing... i didnt know wat was it but when i stared longer i finally knew wat those pics mean lol... thats when i was so young.
i remember those pops up keep occuring even if i turned off the internet and it then gradually got worse. its like when u turn the comp on, those ad pops come up constantly....... so i told my parents to buy a pop up blocker from the computer store, but that doesnt even work a single bit- lol waste of money. it was so stressing because my parents were really pissed. so i end up with a new computer....

Do spyware & virus scan. Clean your cookies and cache. Restart the computer. If it still happens, then system restore the day before the problem occurred.

I have a question:
I only use Internet Explorer to access clubboxes, and today i went to clubox.co.kr (with out 2 b's). This redirected me to a page which installed a korean anti spyware program by SECUSOFT.

It showed that I had spyware and adware which were from using clubbox and going to those various sites.

Now it is hard to find information in english on these adwares. I wonder if anyone can help me remove them?

For example maybe a korean anti spyware/adware program?

Spyware S&D was unable to detect any of these. I also tried the the latest version of Ad Aware professional which was also unable to detect any.

Hi, I really need some help here. I believe that my com is being infected by a very serious spyware or virus when I clicked on a website link at yahoo search (I really regret so much, I shouldn't have click on it.)

Whenever, I open my IE browser now and access yahoo websites or any other website, the 2 websites (vod.21cnyl.com and u.ete.cn plus some other weird websites) keeps popping up continuously like every 30 seconds interval. I already tried almost all anti spyware and antivirus program (adware, spybot, spyblaster, cwshredder, avast, avg antispyware, trendmicro housecall, bitdefender) but I still cannot remove it. I also did the spyware and virus scan in safe mode, turn off my system restore but I still couldn't remove that stupid website pop up. I already spent 2 days doing these scans.

Please, if anyone else know other effective ways to get rid of the pop-up, please help me. I am really desperate now. If not, can someone tell me how to reformat my com or something like. Or could the pop up be some other problems because I tried so many anti spyware program and they doesn't work. By the way, my computer is running on Windows Xp system.

Before you go and reformat your comp, try uninstalling and reinstalling IE (control panel>>add or remove programs>>add/remove windows components>>remove IE). Then you can install IE from your xp cd or from microsoft's web site.

If it's an anti-spyware program then it's not that bad. I googled SECUSOFT, and they seem to be a internet security company like Norton, Kaspersky, and etc. There really is no such thing as a Korean spyware. All of it is the same.

Now if you are trying to remove SECUSOFT, then I would first look in the control panel and then see if you can remove it. Since you said it's a program, and it doesn't seem like a spyware at all when I googled it.

Well my question is how do I remove the adware that SECUSOFT detects?
Because the program is in korean and i cant read korean, therefore I dont know how to use it.
As I said before these adwares and spywares are NOT DETECTED by spybot and ad aware (i tried scanning with both of these programs and nothing came up) that is the reason I was asking if anyone knew about the SECUSOFT program or any other korean anti spyware programs that could detect it.

Post a screen shot of the program menu and then maybe someone else here can help you with the translation, or me (but I'm like half fluent).

AVG Anti-Spyware is the best software for adware and viruses i've ever used. it's 30 day free, and you'll have to pay for it afterwards. I haven't paid for mine yet, but I might realizing how good it is.

$60? What a little greedy guy. I would have done it for free.

Do you still have the problem?

Just in case, I'll list the programs. You can find these at download.com. Look for Antivir (darkviet says it's good, but there is Avast if you don't like it) for anti-virus. For spyware, Adaware and Spybot. The first page has a guide for you to protect you from these crap.

Do an virus, spyware, and adware scan with the softwares mentioned in the first post. It's more like spyware/adaware.
