Can Anyone Help Me Figure Out Who This Chinese Singer Is? I have the name, I just can't read Chinese.

I was browsing through some Chinese CDs in a store and knowing nothing about any Chinese artists (sadly sad.gif ), I just grabbed a CD at random. I'm pretty sure that the singer's name is 陈晓东 (since that's what popped up when I put the CD into my computer and it's also what is written on the CD case, haha). So I guess the main question is: Anyone who can read Chinese, what's this guy's name?

Also if anyone has any reccomendations for Chinese music and anywhere I could download some, I'd appreciate it.

In pinyin, his name is Chen Xiao Dong. I don't know his English name as I've never heard of him

oops. disregard this post. I got Chen Xiao Dong confused with Chen Xiao Chun. -__-

i've heard of him, he used to be really popular in HK in 97-98. Chan Hiu Dong or Daniel Chan. They used to call him Dong Dong.

I think he won an award in 2002 for best/most popular male artist, right now i heard he's working on a new album and filming in Mainland China.

he's sorta an actor/singer, i never listened to his music but i saw him in a few movies back then.
