now that you're near is one of my favorite songs! 
i think u hav an amazing voice
i just think ur phrasing should be different.. it seems as thou u don't breath right or have enough breath when singing?? try control ur breath better, and u'll become more amazing!
and ur 안되나요 is good too~ i think u should have more support towards end of phrases to keep the notes from going flat... and ur runs could be cleaner
its a difficult song thou~ i actually sang this one, and had trouble with couple of the notes
but i gotta say.. NICE
