Not really like the cutting stuff. But what if i wanted a picture on.. let's say a sig. But it's like a million mb or something. How do you make the bytes smaller?

change the format to something that consumes less space like a GIF format. =] . I do it on photoshop, and set the settings to "preserve exact colors" and it comes out the same for me, than other formats.

You can compress the file. If the sig doesn't have alot of colors you should make it a gif.

maybe you jsut want to resize the pictures?

http://www.irfanview.com/ is free and lets you resize and do a lot of that stuff...

Well you could actually just do it with paint. Copy the picture into paint and click save as and just changed the bit where it says "save as type" to gif or any other format you want.

Another option would be that you have a image converter, just like a music converter this on the other hand converts image formats. GL!

^ugh. paint makes the pictures all grainy and yucky in GIF. ughhhh.
