for me i think its yasmeen. she freakin sings insanely awesome and her songs are really nice. but it seems like she doesnt really get a good promotion to get her music out.

who do you guys think is the most underrated?

there's no such thing as being 'underrated'.

especially when it comes to r&b singers...

they're not getting any attention/praise for a good reason.
