How did you do on it? I personally know I did really bad on it because I panicked on the essays. However, I did pretty good on the multiple choices.. they seemed really easy.
you can pm me if you have any questions.

yup i was really happy that there wasnt really anything beyond 1950s except for that last essay which i BEASTED! i think my worst essay was dbq because it was really poorly organized. the dbq topic was very surprising though in a good way =)

mulitple choice was not bad.

my teacher totally made me panic cas he told us there might be an essay on reagan.. then after the test we looked in amsco and it said that collegeboard DOES NOT give essays on things after 1960s or something sleep.gif but i guess in his defense this year collegeboard, when asked abt giving 1960s essay, didn't say 'no' directly.. they were like 'we can't answer taht..' =_=;;;;

i chose essays 3&5 for part II and III.. what abt u guys? alot of my friends seemed to have chosen those essays as well.

my brain is fried *_*
mult. choice i only left 3 or 4 blank BUT I SHOULD HAVE LEFT MORE BLANK.. dah. i always feel squeamish abt leaving things blank ;\ you know?! USH for sat2's tomorrow.. ughhh..

but yea i also chose 3&5. the frq's were preeetty hard. dbq was RANDOM but when is it not? i hope i passed =[

one of my friends ran out of things to write on one of the essays.. and she only had like 2prgrphs so she started writing about HERSELF. HAAHAHAH. she probably failed it =X

edit**

OH and who is taking the USH SAT2 / who has taken it?? if you've taken it was it pretty much the same as the AP exam? i hear the questions are a lot trickier and "wtf"-er.. hope not =\

the multiple choice was okay. i thought they were going to be asking a lot of questions before the 1900s so i studied that a lot but they asked a lot of 1960s+ question which i hardly looked over. ARGH. i skipped eight.

the dbq i failed. the prompt was REALLY surprising. i didn't know what cult of domesticity was tears.gif tears.gif. i picked 2&5 for the free responses. i think i did okay on that.

this is the only ap exam i feel confident on. i hope i pass!

Gah some of the questions totally went by me when I could've applied simple logic to them (maybe I didn't get enough sleep), such as the 'which group voted for Republicans during the Gilded Age' question. Forgot what exact time period the Guilded Age was, but I knew black voters shifted to the Democratic spectrum in 1930s, so obviously they were mostly Republicans before, but that totally zinged past me. sad.gif

I hated the ones asking about specific terms and people too. Though the art question I actually got because it happened to be one of the questions for the jeopardy game my class did the day before. Whew, my teacher was lucky to have chosen it. sweatingbullets.gif

I chose 3 and 5 also. I felt the DBQ wasn't too bad. Argued my position pretty thoroughly I think..

Several of the multiple choice questions included specific terms which I have never heard of before. Contrary to general opinion, I think that I did worse on the multiple choice than on part two.

However, now I'm doubting myself because I did not even finish any of the essays or the DBQ. I wasn't even relatively close towards finishing. I think that I wrote it well and included effective theses, but in retrospect, I don't think that I included enough external vocabulary.

Bah, SAT II Subject Test tomorrow...

I was not sure, but are we allowed to relate on this forum what answers we got for the multiple choice questions we remember? I need to ease my turbulent mind.

i think each FRQ is around 10-15% of your grade

We are not supposed to because the questions are copyrighted, but everyone does it anyways, so it doesnt matter tongue.gif

Jacob Riis was the journalist/photographer who filmed the poverty of immigrants. I have no clue what perfectionism was so I skipped it.

Overall, the multiple choice was pretty easy and the essays weren't too bad. But the DBQ was insane. I wrote like 4 pages on that one because it was women of revolution VS women of civil war, slaves VS free women, Upper class VS lower class, AND North VS West VS South. It was a really long essay.
