Hey all:

Does anyone out there know the general curve for the SAT Bio exam?

*This applies to anyone who's taken the test..

Could any of you guys please post your stats:
- how many you skipped
- how many you missed
- score (or, if you're comfortable...what # you broke)
- when you took it
...and things like that?

I just took it yesterday, and I'm a little tripped out about how I did b/c I know I skipped quite a few...(well, at least that's how it felt) and I'm not so confident about getting all the other one's right ) + I for sure skipped 5-6 on the E part of the exam (yeaaa. i know, almost no one takes the E section. at least from the all the people i talked to.)

I can tell you that my friend took it, got 20 questions wrong, and got a 720.

i took it saturday, too. i took the E section because i wasn't confident with my molecular information.

i think i skipped like 3 total...at first i skipped like 8 or something because i didn't want to take too long. so i finished with like 15-20 minutes left, went back, checked the whole test and answered the others that i didn't do.

i just hope i didn't screw up too much. my math section is a whole different story

It was so much harder than any practice test I've taken. I skipped so many questions. I went in thinking I should have taken E because I was horrible at the M, but then at the last minute I picked M because I thought their data/graphs would be harder to interpret.

^that's how i thought basically, but i stayed with my gut instinct and decided on the ecology section...who knows what happened, though.

i thought it was easier than the practice tests i took. the ones i took had a bunch of meiosis and mitosis, the days i missed of AP, so yeah

ok another question to everyone:
is it better to do all of them and get some wrong. or skip the ones you don't know for sure and maybe get a few wrong??

b/c i was just thinking. had i completed the whole test but got 18 wrong. that beats skipping 10. and getting like 8 wrong....... no?

Hm.... I TOTALLY guessed on practically ALL the questions and left like 20 blank, and I got a 470. Nothing to be proud of, I know...

I actually thought I got a negative number, but good thing I didn't.
