So I discovered one at my college campus. I don't know what it's like to be in it. Has anyone been to one? Is it worth it?

i went once in high school. we watched ranma 1/2 but i think people were mostly talking instead. otherwise, i know nothing about them.

i'll probably join one if there is one at my school when i transfer just cuz i won't know anyone there =/

My sister went to one in her college and she said all they did was watch Porn anime. :X

I'd prefer to get a whole bunch of friends over and just watch our favourite anime movies.

I don't like anime clubs - some of them are badly organised and don't have nice people in them.

we have a anime club at my school. unfortuntally it's like dead...
my brother's friends are incharge of the club, and they were ever since last year or the year before.

the only thing is, in our club all you do is watch anime. that's what your suppose to do anyway.
it was going really good, until people started to complain on watching the same series.
so then we switched to watching a different series every week, got more complaints...
so then we switched back to watching the same series until it's done.

what we can't show is license anime, but then one of my friend doesn't care.. she would rather show licensed anime...-__-.

2 major rules we have in our club.
1) we can't show licensed anime, like how some subbers can't sub it licensed anime
2) we can't show anime that has nudety(?) in it.

i stayed in one club at school for only a few weeks.
alot of the people in charge werent organized...and lazie.
i was even gonna donate alot of my manga to the club since they were gonna set up a collection for members to borrow.
but....after hearin bout how the two students in charge were lazie...i withdrew...not only donating but going there as well. it wasnt that fun for me either.

hope i can find a good anime/manga club in college. xD

I don't like anime clubs... if the people in it aren't very nice. It's much more convinient to get your own anime and watch it by yourself or with some friends. ^^
