I watched Mission Impossible this weekend and it was GREAT. I loved the movie, it had a lot of action and stunts, but I also liked the love story and it was nice to see the teamwork in the missions. I felt that all the actors were really good especially Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and Maggie Q who made up the team. And Philip Seymour Hoffman was really good as the villain, he really makes you hate his character.

I'm definitely watching this movie this weekend. I couldn't go opening weekend. I was excited for it and still am. Heh.

i mean i've seen a lot of action movies and they suck just guns and gay story etc...
while this movie kept me on the edge of my seat

it was just O.K for me. i mean in terms of action it was great. but i wish it had more " spy / secret service " stuff. not to mention the MI3 crew didn't have as much chemistry as the MI1 crew. i mean back then tom/jonvoight/emmanuelle were amazing together.

i saw it the day it opened (05.05.06)~!! it was really awesome~!!!! i loved it!!! the action sequences, the acting, the plot were all so fantastic, the action was just mind-blowing~!!! i highly recommend this movie to all the action-movie lovers out there~!!! tom cruise is sooo hottt~!!! but i was so mad i couldn't go to the premiere wen he came to nyc!! arg!!! oh wells...maib next time (hopefully lol)

saw this movie friday ...it was a good movie...but not a 'omg...i want to see this again'...movie....i'd see it again for maggie q....gosh she's so drop dead gorgeous...i swear...i'm more in love with her whenever i see her..she's just so so gorgeous....

Oo~ I watch it on Saturday. It was pretty good. Lots of action though .. && the part when the fat villian dude was washing his hand, you see Ethan (looking exactly like the fat dude) behind him was freaky.

I saw it friday. It was awesome.

J.J. Abrams did a killer job directing, and Philip Seymour Hoffman is literally great in everything he's in.

I don't remember a lot from the first one, but I liked it more than the second one.

It was a decent/pretty good movie for me, though the action sequences were pretty good. Maggie Q was absolutely gorgeous. Heck, even the guys sitting behind me in the theatre were all like "Zhen's pretty" and then they purposely waited around to see what her name was in the credits T_T

Tom Cruise kinda spoilt alot of it for me though. Eep.

And Julia (?) looks too much like Katie Holmes for me to stomach. (I really hated the part in the hospital~ I found it kinda disturbing lol. If you've seen it, you probably know what scene I mean )

Besides the stunning action scenes in this movie that got boring after a while, I found everything else in this movie only decent, the plot, the teamwork, the side love story are shallow, and not as memorable at all. I heard that the director decided to hone down the complicated story a little bit so that viewers won't be so confused while watching. I don't know if it's a good idea, but after all, this movie is labeled "Action", and evidently there's a lot of action to satisfy viewers, but to me, action alone isn't enough while the plot is minimal. Oh well, at least, this movie is doing well at the box office. It's not like I'll be watching this again.
